This is an entry-level position that serves as the first step in a career pathway toward a degree, promotion, and leadership. The role involves partnering with schools to support students with diverse learning and behavioral needs. The Behavior Specialist will use play, games, and evidence-based strategies to help children build communication, social, and life skills. The position requires energy and compassion, working in various settings such as a child's home, CSD centers, or the community. The role involves following personalized plans designed by clinical leaders and celebrating client progress. It is a flexible, on-the-go role where no two days are the same. Prior experience is not required as training and support will be provided.
