Requirements

  • Strong ability to analyze and communicate data clearly to both professionals and non-clinical staff
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain therapeutic, professional relationships
  • Calm, supportive presence during behavioral crises, with appropriate supervision and direction
  • Openness to feedback and a commitment to continuous professional growth
  • Sound judgment when balancing individual needs, staff support, and agency policies
  • Masters in the field of Psychology or related field.
  • Post Masters experience in behavioral or clinical field

Nice To Haves

  • Board Certification in Behavioral Analysis at the Master's level is preferred.
  • experience with persons with developmental disabilities highly preferred.
  • Willingness to work some late afternoons, early evenings, and occasional weekends

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and oversee individualized Behavior Support Plans designed to promote positive outcomes and improve quality of life
  • Analyze behavioral data and trends to guide clinical recommendations, interventions, and program improvements
  • Provide hands-on coaching, training, and mentorship to Direct Support Professionals and program staff
  • Conduct observations and partner with leadership teams to ensure consistent, high-quality behavioral supports
  • Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and contribute to strategic quality improvement initiatives
  • Support a culture of dignity, respect, accountability, and person-centered care throughout the organization
