As a Behavior Specialist, you’ll use play, games, and evidence-based strategies to help kids build communication, social, and life skills. You will bring energy and compassion to each session, whether it's at a child’s home, one of their centers, or out in the community. You will follow personalized plans designed by clinical leaders while celebrating small wins that lead to big growth. This is a flexible, on-the-go role where no two days look the same. Prior experience is not required as training and support will be provided every step of the way. This role is for individuals who enjoy working with children and making a difference, are patient, dependable, and compassionate, communicate clearly and work well as part of a team, and thrive in structured, school-based environments.
