About The Position
Merakey is seeking a full-time Behavior Specialist to join their Dual Diagnosis Treatment Team in the Penn Hills, PA area. This role involves assessing, planning, developing, coordinating, and providing treatment, rehabilitation, and support services to individuals with BH and IDD diagnoses (Dually Diagnosed) under clinical supervision. The Behavior Specialist will also supervise non-clinical staff.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in psychology, counseling, applied behavior analysis or another health and human service-related field required.
- Licensed in the state of PA OR licensure eligible as a Behavior Specialist (LBS), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Social Worker (LSW), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Professional Counselor (LPC) or Board-Certified Behavior Analyst.
- Valid PA Driver's License required.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in the behavioral health field working with individuals with mental health/developmental disabilities preferred.
Responsibilities
