Jump Ahead Pediatrics is actively seeking a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our team near North Bergen, New Jersey, for a full-time school-based role! Requirements

• NJ BCBA license
• 1-2 years experience working in a school setting

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans for students.
• Supervise and support school staff in implementing behavior strategies and positive behavior supports.
• Collect and analyze data to monitor intervention effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed.
