This is an entry-level position that serves as the first step in a mapped-out career journey toward a degree, promotion, and leadership. The Behavior Specialist will use play, games, and evidence-based strategies to help children build communication, social, and life skills. The role involves bringing energy and compassion to sessions in a child's home, CSD centers, or the community, following personalized plans designed by clinical leaders, and celebrating client progress. The position offers a flexible, on-the-go role with no prior experience required, as training and support are provided. The goal is to help children achieve life-changing milestones, provide hope and relief to families through observed progress, and support the professional growth of the Behavior Specialist through paid training, coaching, and career milestones.
