GoodLife Innovations serves individuals with disabilities and aging adults across Kansas. We are seeking a Behavior Services & Training Support Specialist to help strengthen the quality, compliance, and day-to-day operations of our Behavior Services and Training Departments. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Comfortable learning electronic databases and documentation systems.
Ability to provide effective and engaging training for small and medium-sized groups.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Ability to physically perform the functions of the job required.
Ability to work in-office and travel between regional GoodLife locations as needed.

Nice To Haves

Associate degree preferred.
Experience in human services, healthcare, education, training, or administrative support preferred.
Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) preferred.

Responsibilities

Review behavior service documentation for accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
Support Human Rights Committee (HRC) documentation, tracking, meetings, and compliance.
Enter and update information in agency systems and generate reports.
Assist leadership with tracking clinical quality indicators and preparing meeting materials.
Coordinate weekly new hire training and assist with training logistics.
Prepare training materials, classroom resources, and supplies.
Monitor employee training requirements and identify missing, incomplete, or expired training.
Support specialized training, refresher courses, and certification programs.
Become certified to teach CPR/First Aid and Safety Care and facilitate these courses as needed.
