About The Position
California Behavioral Treatment Center is seeking dedicated and compassionate professionals to join our team. We provide high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and adolescents with developmental disabilities across Los Angeles County and surrounding areas. Position Summary: Behavior Interventionists deliver 1:1 ABA services in home, school, and community settings. You will work directly with clients to build communication, social, and self-help skills while implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under clinical supervision.
Requirements
- High School Diploma (Required).
- Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Must pass TB test.
- Must pass criminal background check and fingerprint clearance.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s Degree in ABA, Psychology, Child Development, Education, Communication Disorders, or related field (Preferred).
- Bilingual English/Spanish candidates strongly encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children and adolescents.
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
- Collect and record data on client progress.
- Support ABA treatment programs in home and school environments.
- Assist in developing treatment programs for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
Benefits
- Pay Range: $22.00 – $26.00 per hour (based on experience and education).
- Mileage Reimbursement: Paid per mile.
- Drive Time Compensation: Paid for travel between client locations.
