Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • A genuine passion for helping children and teens grow
  • Reliable transportation
  • Spanish bilingual candidates (fluency will be assessed through a test)

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with children and teens with Autism and other developmental disabilities (Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, ADHD, OCD, and more).
  • Follow individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision to teach skills, reduce challenging behaviors, and improve quality of life.
  • Commit to at least 15 scheduled therapy hours per week to ensure steady progress.
  • Collect and record data to measure growth and guide next steps.
  • Use structured activities and interactive approaches to help clients reach their full potential.
  • Work closely with supervisors, families, and colleagues to achieve the best outcomes.
  • Follow HIPAA, mandated reporting, and company policies to protect and support the families you serve.

Benefits

  • Pay Range: $20.00-$23.00/per hour, based on experience and education
  • Part-Time Start: Positions begin part-time with a minimum of 15-20 hours per week required
  • Opportunity to expand into full-time hours depending on center needs and your availability
  • $300 hiring bonus for part-time employees after completing 150 clinical hours within 6 months
  • $600 hiring bonus for part-time employees after completing 300 clinical hours within 6 months
  • + $2/hour for weekend shifts

  • An additional $1.00 per hour for Spanish bilingual candidates
  • An additional $1.00 per hour for candidates with a completed BA or BS degree
