Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
A genuine passion for helping children and teens grow
Reliable transportation
Spanish bilingual candidates (fluency will be assessed through a test)

Responsibilities

Work directly with children and teens with Autism and other developmental disabilities (Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, ADHD, OCD, and more).
Follow individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision to teach skills, reduce challenging behaviors, and improve quality of life.
Commit to at least 15 scheduled therapy hours per week to ensure steady progress.
Collect and record data to measure growth and guide next steps.
Use structured activities and interactive approaches to help clients reach their full potential.
Work closely with supervisors, families, and colleagues to achieve the best outcomes.
Follow HIPAA, mandated reporting, and company policies to protect and support the families you serve.

Benefits

Pay Range: $20.00-$23.00/per hour, based on experience and education
Part-Time Start: Positions begin part-time with a minimum of 15-20 hours per week required
Opportunity to expand into full-time hours depending on center needs and your availability
$300 hiring bonus for part-time employees after completing 150 clinical hours within 6 months
$600 hiring bonus for part-time employees after completing 300 clinical hours within 6 months
+ $2/hour for weekend shifts
+ $5/hour for company-observed holidays
An additional $1.00 per hour for Spanish bilingual candidates
An additional $1.00 per hour for candidates with a completed BA or BS degree
