About The Position

Make a meaningful impact, supporting children with autism as they learn, grow, and thrive in their everyday environments using ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis). No ABA experience needed, we provide paid training! INTERCARE invests in great people and helps them grow. Requirements

• High School Diploma + at least one completed college course OR currently enrolled in college OR Associate's or Bachelor's degree
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, registration & insurance
• Comfortable with local travel to nearby client locations (20 to 40mi radius)
• Passion for working with children (experience preferred)
• Physical requirements: Active role including standing, kneeling, running, and lifting up to 50 lbs. while engaging with children

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual skills are a plus

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home and clinic settings using ABA (we train you!)
• Help children build communication, social, and daily living skills
• Travel to client homes and local community locations to provide services
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to support consistent progress
• Maintain a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for each child
