Must be willing to travel within 20 miles.

Responsibilities

Work directly with children and teens with Autism and other developmental disabilities (Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, ADHD, OCD, and more).
Implement ABA Treatment Plans under BCBA supervision to teach skills, reduce challenging behaviors, and improve quality of life.
Commit to at least 15 scheduled therapy hours per week to ensure steady progress.
Collect and record data to measure growth and guide next steps.
Use structured activities and interactive approaches to help clients reach their full potential.
Work closely with supervisors, families, and colleagues to achieve the best outcomes.
Follow HIPAA, mandated reporting, and company policies to protect and support the families you serve.
