Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A genuine passion for helping children and teens grow
- Reliable transportation
- Commitment to at least 15 scheduled therapy hours per week
Responsibilities
- Work directly with children and teens with Autism and other developmental disabilities (Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, ADHD, OCD, and more).
- Implement ABA Treatment Plans under BCBA supervision to teach skills, reduce challenging behaviors, and improve quality of life.
- Commit to at least 15 scheduled therapy hours per week to ensure steady progress.
- Collect and record data to measure growth and guide next steps.
- Use structured activities and interactive approaches to help clients reach their full potential.
- Work closely with supervisors, families, and colleagues to achieve the best outcomes.
- Follow HIPAA, mandated reporting, and company policies to protect and support the families you serve.
