Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • A genuine passion for helping children and teens grow
  • Reliable transportation
  • Minimum of 15-20 hours per week required

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with children and teens with Autism and other developmental disabilities (Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, ADHD, OCD, and more).
  • Implement individualized ABA Treatment Plans under BCBA supervision to teach skills, reduce challenging behaviors, and improve quality of life.
  • Commit to at least 15 scheduled therapy hours per week to ensure steady progress.
  • Collect and record data to measure growth and guide next steps.
  • Use structured activities and interactive approaches to help clients reach their full potential.
  • Work closely with supervisors, families, and colleagues to achieve the best outcomes.
  • Follow HIPAA, mandated reporting, and company policies to protect and support the families you serve.
