About The Position

Now Hiring: School-Based Behavior Technicians / ABA Behavior Interventionist for the 2026/2027 School Year. Start your day in the classroom and make a real difference, supporting students with autism as they learn, grow, and thrive using ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis). No ABA experience needed, we provide paid training!

Requirements

• High School Diploma Only
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license & insurance
• Physical requirements: Active role including standing, bending, running, and lifting up to 50 lbs while engaging with children

Nice To Haves

• At least one completed college course
• Currently enrolled in college
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree
• Passion for working with children (experience a plus!)
• Bilingual skills are a bonus

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with students in a school-based setting using ABA (we train you!)
• Help children build communication, social, and daily living skills
• Be part of a team that loves the climb, showing up each day to support meaningful progress
• Collaborate with families, teachers, and supervisors to support consistent progress
