About The Position
Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is seeking to hire a full-time Behavior Consultant. This position involves working with children to improve their lives through exceptional services. The role offers a competitive salary and generous benefits.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related human services field.
- Minimum of two years of ABA service delivery, including experience conducting FBAs and developing PBSPs and conducting staff training.
- Minimum of two years working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and/or emotional or behavioral disorders.
- Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis and positive behavior supports.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- State license as a BCBA (PDS will assist with the licensing process if needed).
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality services to students based on their IEPs/504 plans.
- Conduct evaluations, assessments, and write reports to determine strengths and areas of concern in Behavioral Intervention.
- Supervise and train RBTs and others who implement behavior-analytic interventions.
