About The Position

Achieving True Self (ATS) is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts and individuals actively working toward BCBA certification to join our mission-driven team. We welcome interest from Master’s-level students completing supervision hours, preparing for the BCBA exam, or certified BCBAs awaiting LBS licensure. At ATS, we provide meaningful support, quality supervision, and the resources needed to thrive, allowing clinicians to focus on delivering ethical, impactful care to the individuals and families served. Requirements

  • Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
  • BCBA Certification (or in the process of certification).
  • LBS License (or in the process of licensure) in Pennsylvania.
  • A passion for mentoring and developing new talent.
  • Evening availability 2-3 days a week preferred.
  • Valid Driver’s License with proof of car insurance and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and create individualized ABA treatment plans.
  • Provide mentorship and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), BCBA supervisees, and Behavior Health Technicians (BHTs).
  • Engage in regular training sessions with families and caregivers.
  • Collect, analyze, and document treatment data to guide client progress.
  • Bring a positive, compassionate approach to each session, making learning enjoyable, engaging, and motivating for young clients.
  • Create fun, effective learning environments by playing, nurturing, and creating engaging learning opportunities.
  • Be available for after-school sessions, typically 3+ days a week.
  • Tailor each treatment plan to meet the specific needs, strengths, and preferences of both the child and their family.
  • Provide treatment with compassion, ethical conduct, and a focus on continuous progress.
  • Maintain accurate treatment plans and data records to monitor progress and facilitate timely reassessments.
