The Behavior Assistant will support classroom teachers in providing a quality educational experience for all students. This role requires regular and predictable attendance, effective interpersonal communication, and the ability to assist students with various needs, including physical and behavioral support. The assistant will help prepare materials, tutor students, supervise them in different school settings, and assist with administrative tasks related to student performance and classroom management. Training will be provided for supporting students with more complex behavioral needs.
