About The Position
Join our team supporting adults with autism, intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD), and behavioral challenges in our residential homes. Every day you'll have the opportunity to help individuals build independence, develop life skills, and live their best lives.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience supporting individuals with autism, developmental disabilities, behavioral challenges, mental health needs, or related direct care experience.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
- Ability to pass a Level II background screening and drug screening.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on support while encouraging independence and positive behaviors.
- Assist with daily living activities.
- Implement individualized support plans.
- Promote community participation.
- Document services provided.
- Work closely with your team to ensure the health, safety, and well-being of each individual.
