The Behavior Analyst will develop and implement programs and services to remediate behavioral and social problems for adult persons served. This role involves designing and implementing systems to support individuals with challenging behaviors, participating as a team member to enhance quality of life and independence, and reviewing behavioral staff reports. The Behavior Analyst will also act as a member of a professional interdisciplinary team, assisting primary health care providers, collecting and reporting data, developing staff training, attending meetings, and assisting the support team in obtaining community resources. Frequent observation of individuals, staff, and the environment, both during and outside of normal business hours, is also a key part of the role.
