The Behavior Analyst will provide clinical direction of services to a child, youth, or young adult. This includes developing and revising the Individualized Treatment Plan (ITP), overseeing its implementation, and consulting with the treatment team. For the BA position, this involves applying ABA-based assessments and interventions, developing behavior plans, and teaching methods to caregivers, teachers, BHT-ABAs, and other stakeholders. The role requires providing clinical treatment as indicated in the ITP, utilizing evidence-based assessment and treatment protocols, and identifying resources and clinical problems requiring other professionals. The Behavior Analyst will also provide clinical support and guidance to treatment team members, train them on specific concepts and interventions, and maintain effective communication and documentation. Independent management of time, schedule, and team coordination is expected. Timely and accurate completion of encounter forms and clinical documentation in the Electronic Health System is required, along with maintaining client records in accordance with good clinical practice. The role involves scheduling and sharing periodic treatment conferences and completing client assessments and treatment plan reports in the agency format. The Behavior Analyst will coordinate each child's treatment plan, ensuring regular updates and report quality. Maintaining competency through continuing education and supervision is also a responsibility.
