About The Position

Action Behavior Centers - ABA Therapy for Autism is looking for a Behavior Analyst in Training. This role is for individuals who are Behavior Technicians (BT) or Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) accruing supervision hours and looking to join our Rising Stars program. We are a premier ABA provider for children with autism and offer a responsive employer experience, reviewing resumes within 24 hours of application. Requirements

• Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) accruing supervision hours
• Enrollment in an accredited applicable masters program
• Accrued 85% of fieldwork hours (1700/2000 hours)
• All Restricted hours completed
• Ability to sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining the team.

• Experience in early intervention therapy in a center-based setting
• Experience working with children aged 18 months to 8 years old
• Experience collecting data and implementing individualized treatment plans

Responsibilities

• Supervisee has accrued 85% of fieldwork hours (1700/2000 hours)
• All Restricted hours completed
• Proof of enrollment in an accredited applicable masters program
• Providing early intervention therapy in a center-based setting
• Shaping the minds of kiddos in early childhood (ages 18 months to 8 years old)
• Collecting data and implementing individualized treatment plans for each child
• Collaborating with BCBA’s and our team of like-minded individuals dedicated to living ABC’s core values
• Allocate 8 hours per week off direct care schedule to work on BDS modules
• Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining our team.
