About The Position

Action Behavior Centers - ABA Therapy for Autism is looking for a Behavior Analyst in Training to join our Rising Stars program. This role is ideal for a Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) who is accruing supervision hours and seeking a guaranteed path to becoming a BCBA. As a BCBA Intern, you will be an integral part of our team, passionate about helping children and committed to excellence. You will provide early intervention therapy in a center-based setting, work with children aged 18 months to 8 years old, collect data, implement individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with BCBAs and the team. You will also allocate 8 hours per week for BDS modules and aim to sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining.

Requirements

• Supervisee has accrued 85% of fieldwork hours (1700/2000 hours)
• All Restricted hours completed
• Proof of enrollment in an accredited applicable masters program

Responsibilities

• Provide early intervention therapy in a center-based setting
