Northpointe is a Community Mental Health (CMH) organization providing services to individuals with serious mental illness, emotional disturbance, substance abuse disorders, and intellectual/developmental disabilities across Iron, Dickinson, and Menominee counties in the UP of Michigan. Northpointe itself was established in 1995 but has roots as a CMH dating back to 1964. Our presence can be found through remote emergency services, in school and home-based programs, and in clinical and residential home settings. Job Purpose We are looking for a passionate, driven individual to join our team as a Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) within our Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) department serving Iron, Menominee, and Dickinson counties. This role is offered on a full-time salaried basis and required to work tri-county, (Dickinson, Menominee, Iron). This position will primarily work within the Autism Program designing, implementing, training, and monitoring applied behavior analysis interventions but may be assigned to other appropriate clinical cases for the provision of ABA, including but not limited to developmentally disabled children and adults. The individual functions as part of an inter-disciplinary team and services are delivered both in an outpatient clinic setting and in-home. The Behavior Analyst will have responsibility for direct oversight of ABA services delivered by paraprofessionals.
