About The Position

This role is a full-time, clinic-based position in Washington, DC, offering a consistent caseload of 6-7 children per BCBA with strong administrative and clinical support. Requirements

Active BCBA certification in good standing
One year of experience providing ABA services to children preferred
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Values consistency, teamwork, and creating a positive environment for both clients and staff

Responsibilities

Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide supervision and support to RBTs in a collaborative, hands-on setting
Work closely with families and multidisciplinary team members
Monitor progress through data analysis and adjust programming as needed
Maintain accurate, timely documentation in line with professional and ethical standards
