About The Position
AlphaBEST Education is seeking a Before School Group Leader to work at Vanguard Schools in Colorado Springs, CO. This part-time position is Monday-Friday, from 6:30 am until the start of school. As an AlphaBEST Guide, you will lead a group of student explorers through various activities, including fitness, arts, and technology. You will collaborate with peers to foster children's sense of wonder, encourage creativity and intellectual curiosity, and provide a caring, family-oriented environment that builds positive relationships among staff, children, and parents.
Requirements
- A minimum of 455 verifiable hours of experience with children (ages 4+)
- Be 18+ years old
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs
- Proof of experience as required by CO childcare licensing regulations (verification of hours)
