About The Position
We are looking for warm, friendly, and dependable early-bird staff members who will be ready to welcome students promptly at 7:00 a.m. Before Care Counselors play a key role in creating a positive start to each student's day. If you enjoy working with children and can help create a safe, welcoming, and structured environment each morning, we would love to have you on our team.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Maintaining accurate daily attendance records.
- Monitoring and guiding student behavior in a supportive manner.
- Engaging students in age-appropriate activities before the school day begins.
- Safely facilitating student transitions to their respective classrooms and buildings.
