About The Position
The Before and After School Team is a vital part of our school community, carrying out many of the duties necessary for the day-to-day operations of the campus. This position will supervise Middle School grade students in indoor and outdoor play, crafts, and snacks. Crucially, this role will be responsible for maintaining a safe learning environment for our energetic and motivated students.
Requirements
- High school graduate or GED
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, patience, and ability to connect with a variety of colleagues and students
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience working with children preferred
Responsibilities
- Plan and organize after-school arts and crafts, games, and outdoor activities
- Assist students with homework
- Collaborate with other faculty and staff members
- Be responsible for the safe supervision and care of students
- Performs other related duties as assigned
