About The Position

AlphaBEST Education provides extended day, summer, and enrichment programs designed to inspire and engage students. As an AlphaBEST Site Director, you will lead a meaningful before and after school program that helps children learn, grow, and thrive. This role requires an early learning professional who enjoys working with children in a structured, high-energy environment, is confident in leading and running a smooth program, and takes pride in delivering a high-quality student and family experience. A strong commitment to child safety and adherence to procedures is essential, along with flexibility, reliability, and a willingness to assist wherever needed.

Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent required
CPR and First Aid certification required
Ability to work in a classroom setting with regular bending and lifting (up to 25 pounds)

Nice To Haves

Additional education preferred
At least 3 years of experience in a school-age program or teaching setting preferred
Demonstrated experience in team leadership and supervision preferred

Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day operations of the site: schedules, ratios, staffing, and documentation
Oversee/facilitate curriculum implementation and ensure activities meet program expectations
Build a safe and inclusive environment aligned with licensing requirements and AlphaBEST standards
Make child safety the top priority at all times
Maintain licensing compliance, documentation, and readiness for inspections
Track and manage site resources, attendance, and food program requirements
Supervise and mentor your site team, providing coaching and feedback, and ensuring training requirements are met
Represent AlphaBEST with professionalism at school and community events
Build strong relationships with families, school staff, and AlphaBEST leadership to support student success
