Beer Service Technician (Installer)

Multi-Flow Industries is seeking a mechanically inclined individual to join their team as a Beer Service Technician (Installer). This role involves installing, servicing, maintaining, and repairing draft beer dispensing systems and soda fountain equipment. The ideal candidate enjoys working with their hands, solving problems, working independently, and providing excellent customer service. Multi-Flow Industries is a stable, growing company specializing in manufacturing and distributing beverages and providing comprehensive solutions for bars and restaurants, including draught beer system design, installation, repair, and line cleaning.
Requirements
- Mechanically inclined
- Clean driving record
- Flexibility to work additional hours and days that deviate from regular work schedules.
- Professional verbal communication skills: exceptionally friendly and conversational.
- Strong work ethic, professional appearance, and safety consciousness.
- Ability to handle up to 150 lbs. kegs with or without accommodation
Responsibilities
- Install new draft beer dispensing systems.
- Service, maintain, and repair draft beer equipment.
- Clean beer lines and perform scheduled preventative maintenance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot dispensing and pouring issues.
- Recommend solutions and complete repairs efficiently.
- Learn to install and service soda fountain equipment.
- Maintain accurate service records and line cleaning documentation.
- Deliver outstanding customer service at every account.
- Assist Route Delivery Drivers when needed.
- Follow all safety procedures and perform other related duties as assigned.
