We are seeking a motivated and organized Beef Marketing Specialist to fill a 6 month, temporary vacancy and support the growth of the Semex Beef program through marketing coordination, digital content development, and product support. Requirements

Degree or diploma in Agriculture, Marketing, Communications, Animal Science, or related field
Strong communication, organizational, and project coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively across teams

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of the beef industry and beef genetics considered an asset
Experience with social media, digital marketing, and content creation preferred

Responsibilities

Develop content for newsletters, social media, brochures, catalogues, and advertisements
Coordinate beef content for the Semex website and digital platforms
Assist with video production, photography coordination, and promotional materials
Coordinate trade show displays and participate in select industry events
Support the preparation of the beef marketing budget
Respond to breeder inquiries and provide technical product support
Assist with tours, product launches, and distributor communications
Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing and sales tools such as SemexGO
Assist with collecting and preparing materials for product releases
