Requirements

Minimum 1-2 years of furniture trimming experience
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to deliver uncompromising quality and detailed craftsmanship
Ability to work full-time
Must be flexible to work overtime when required
Able to stand for 8 hours
Able to use hand tools/air tools/staple gun for 8 hours

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or GED preferred
LEAN Manufacturing experience a plus

Responsibilities

Makes, repairs, or replaces outside work.
Fits, installs and secures material (fabric) on wooden frames using hand tools, power tools.
Aligns parts / fabric to ensure proper assembly and quality levels.
Applies fabric/poly to furniture frames by means of hand tools.
Fixes own repairs while ensuring quality, efficiency, and production levels.
Uses a computer/scan gun to scan work for production tracking.
Maintains clean/neat workstation and tools in working condition.
All other duties as assigned. Cross trained to work in other areas.
