About The Position

Clarins group, a global leader in skincare and make-up, is seeking a Full-Time Beauty Therapist (Esthetician) to join their team at Bloomingdale's in Chestnut Hill, MA. This role is an opportunity to contribute to the client experience by providing Clarins Face Treatments and Make-up services, acting as a Clarins Ambassador throughout the client's visit. The position aligns with the Group's strategy focusing on people, brand building, consumer obsession, digital integration, and responsible beauty.

Requirements

Aesthetician license (required)
Make-up skills: application methods and selling experience (required)
One year of industry experience (required)
Strong interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

Prepare the treatment room before each treatment, ensuring all necessary products are available, the room is tidy, and the required material is prepared.
Check and adjust the temperature and lighting of the treatment room.
Offer Clarins mini-Treatments and Make-up services following established protocols, including welcoming, preparatory relaxation, treatment, and product recommendation phases.
Remain with the client at all times from their arrival until their departure.
Represent the Clarins image through appearance and behavior.
Develop retail opportunities through client communications.
Ensure clients have sufficient time for their treatments before their departure.
Systematically recommend products at the end of each treatment.
Manage assigned treatment room inventory.
Perform general cabin-related tasks.
