About The Position

The Beauty Team Leader is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the beauty department, ensuring exceptional customer service, operational efficiency, and team performance. They lead the beauty team, implement store strategies, and maintain a high standard of customer care, contributing directly to achieving sales goals and enhancing the customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the beauty department, including staffing and inventory management.
  • Train, develop, and mentor beauty team members, ensuring they have in-depth product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Handle customer concerns and ensure the department provides personalized beauty advice and assistance.
  • Take ownership of visual merchandising, ensuring displays are on-brand and attractively arranged.
  • Collaborate with store management to drive sales, promotions, and store initiatives.
  • Lead regular team meetings to discuss goals, product updates, and team performance.
