Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years’ Retail Sales experience in a high-end retail outlet or any combination of academic education, professional training or work experience, which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position.
• Minimum of 1 year of cash handling experience with basic computer skills.
• Excellent customer service and positive interpersonal skills, including the ability to facilitate and mediate sensitive and/or confrontational situations.
• Ability to develop and maintain satisfactory and effective relationships with all levels of management and staff members.
• Strong judgment.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Strong organizational and computer skills.
• Attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

• Minimum ability to type at 30 w.p.m.

Responsibilities

• Get the guest to the right place, at the right time and ready for their service.
• Assist guests in shopping for products that have been recommended for home use, based on the recommendation of the service provider and your training.
• Learn how to run our point of sales system.
