About The Position

The Beauty Manager at JCPenney is responsible for understanding the factors that influence the Beauty business and coaching their team to deliver an exceptional shopping experience for clients. This role involves leading a team, analyzing business performance, making visual merchandising decisions, assisting clients, and supporting monthly animation execution.

Responsibilities

• Leading your team by providing frequent coaching and feedback, differentiating performance, empowering the team, setting expectations, motivating them, and recognizing individual contributions.
• Analyzing business performance by reviewing reports and other information to understand performance drivers and taking action to improve results.
• Actively searching for and recruiting talent for the market.
• Making visual merchandise decisions to ensure the store is clean and visually stimulating, and that all merchandise is presented to visual standards.
• Assisting clients by interacting with them and ensuring their needs are met to create a positive experience.
• Supporting the execution of monthly animations by planning and providing direction for new merchandise set-ups to ensure an engaging shopping experience.
