About The Position

Nordstrom Beauty is hiring for multiple positions including Counter Manager roles for various high-end brands like La Mer, Clarins & Shiseido, Estée Lauder, Maison Francis Kurkdjian, Penhaligons, Dries Van Noten, Clé de Peau, and Tom Ford. They are also hiring for Beauty Advisor and Beauty Concierge roles. This is an exciting opportunity to join the Nordstrom team. Interviews will be conducted on Friday, June 19th, from 11 AM to 3 PM at the Mall of America location.

Requirements

• Previous experience in beauty sales or a related field.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for beauty and fashion.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Excellent communication and selling skills.
• Ability to meet sales goals.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with specific luxury beauty brands.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Leadership or management experience (for Counter Manager roles).
