About The Position

Ohla US is seeking high-performing Beauty Sales Consultants to represent a premium hair care brand in local retail stores. This is a weekend, in-store role for candidates who are confident in their ability to drive consistent sales and hit clear performance targets. This role is great for ambassadors, brand reps, demonstrators, sales associates, retirees, college students, and more. If you’re results-driven, highly motivated, and ready to put your sales skills to work, this is a great opportunity!

Requirements

• Sales-First Focus: This is a performance-based role with a minimum of 6 confirmed sales per shift required.
• Professional Communicator: Comfortable initiating conversations and confidently educating customers.

Nice To Haves

• An interest or background in hair care, cosmetology, or beauty retail is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Actively approach shoppers, build rapport, and convert interest into sales through product demonstrations.
• Travel to retail locations in your area and surrounding cities and towns (mileage + drive-time are reimbursed).
• Log your daily performance through a mobile app.
