About The Position

The ideal Rack Beauty Concierge enjoys working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. A day in the life involves sharing a love of beauty trends and product knowledge with customers, keeping the customer experience quick, easy, and fun while helping customers uncover great deals. This role also includes maintaining the sales floor by keeping it clean, filled, and completing inventory processes, ensuring merchandise is properly checked in and accurately ticketed. Additionally, the Beauty Concierge will diffuse customer situations and provide timely resolutions, and work with the team to ensure the sales floor stays ready through re-merchandising, filling testers, and straightening throughout the day.

Requirements
