About The Position

The ideal Rack Beauty Concierge enjoys working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. This role involves sharing a love of beauty trends and product knowledge with customers, ensuring a quick, easy, and fun customer experience. The Beauty Concierge also maintains the sales floor by keeping it clean, filled, and ensuring all inventory processes are completed accurately. They are responsible for resolving customer situations effectively and working with the team to keep the sales floor ready through re-merchandising, filling testers, and straightening throughout the day.

Responsibilities

Share your love of beauty trends and tell customers all about product knowledge
Keep the customer experience quick, easy, and fun while helping customers uncover the great deals they're looking for
Keep the sales floor clean, and filled in and complete all inventory processes, making sure merchandise is properly checked in and accurately ticketed
Defuse customer situations and provide resolution in a timely and effective manner
Work with the team to ensure the sales floor stays ready through re-merchandising, filling testers, and straightening throughout the day
