Beauty Concierge - Preston Shepard Place Rack
About The Position
The ideal Rack Beauty Concierge enjoys working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. This role involves sharing a love of beauty trends and product knowledge with customers, ensuring a quick, easy, and fun customer experience. The position also requires maintaining the sales floor by keeping it clean, stocked, and completing inventory processes, including accurate merchandise check-in and ticketing. Additionally, the Beauty Concierge will handle customer situations, providing timely and effective resolutions, and collaborate with the team on merchandising, filling testers, and straightening the sales floor throughout the day.
Requirements

- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- A calm head in a busy retail environment
- Solid math, verbal, and written communications skills
Responsibilities
- Share your love of beauty trends and tell customers all about product knowledge
- Keep the customer experience quick, easy, and fun while helping customers uncover the great deals they're looking for
- Keep the sales floor clean, and filled in and complete all inventory processes, making sure merchandise is properly checked in and accurately ticketed
- Defuse customer situations and provide resolution in a timely and effective manner
- Work with the team to ensure the sales floor stays ready through re-merchandising, filling testers, and straightening throughout the day
