About The Position

The ideal Rack Beauty Concierge enjoys working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. This role involves sharing a love for beauty trends, providing product knowledge, and ensuring a quick, easy, and fun customer experience. The Beauty Concierge is also responsible for maintaining the sales floor, completing inventory processes, and resolving customer issues effectively. Collaboration with the team is essential for re-merchandising, filling testers, and straightening the sales floor throughout the day.

Requirements

Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
Ability to remain calm in a busy retail environment.
Solid math, verbal, and written communication skills.
Continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift, including frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing, and reaching.
Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling.
Ability to handle bulky and sometimes awkwardly shaped items, reaching for and lifting them above the head.
Ability to regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

Share beauty trends and product knowledge with customers.
Provide a quick, easy, and fun customer experience.
Keep the sales floor clean, filled, and organized.
Complete inventory processes, including checking in merchandise and accurately ticketing.
Defuse customer situations and provide timely resolutions.
Work with the team to ensure the sales floor is ready through re-merchandising, filling testers, and straightening.
