About The Position

The ideal Rack Beauty Concierge enjoys working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. This role involves sharing a love of beauty trends, providing product knowledge, and ensuring a quick, easy, and fun customer experience while helping customers find great deals. The position also requires maintaining the sales floor, completing inventory processes, and resolving customer issues effectively. Teamwork is essential for re-merchandising, filling testers, and straightening the sales floor throughout the day.

Requirements

Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
Ability to remain calm in a busy retail environment.
Solid math, verbal, and written communication skills.
Continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift, which includes frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing and reaching in order to handle merchandise and assist customers.
Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling.
Ability to handle bulky and sometimes awkwardly shaped items, which includes reaching for and lifting these items above the head.
Regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds.

Keep the sales floor clean, filled, and complete all inventory processes.
Accurately ticket merchandise.
Defuse customer situations and provide timely and effective resolution.
Work with the team to ensure the sales floor stays ready through re-merchandising, filling testers, and straightening throughout the day.
