Beauty Concierge - Mall of America Rack
About The Position
The ideal Rack Beauty Concierge enjoys working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. This role involves sharing a love of beauty trends and product knowledge with customers, keeping the customer experience quick, easy, and fun while helping them find great deals. Responsibilities also include maintaining the sales floor by keeping it clean, stocked, and completing inventory processes, ensuring merchandise is properly checked in and accurately ticketed. Additionally, the role requires diffusing customer situations and providing timely resolutions, and working with the team to ensure the sales floor is ready through re-merchandising, filling testers, and straightening.
Requirements

- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- A calm head in a busy retail environment
- Solid math, verbal, and written communications skills
