About The Position

The ideal Rack Beauty Concierge enjoys working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. This role involves sharing a love of beauty trends and product knowledge with customers, ensuring a quick, easy, and fun customer experience. The Beauty Concierge also maintains the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, completes inventory processes, and handles customer issues effectively. Collaboration with the team is essential for re-merchandising, filling testers, and straightening the sales floor.
