About The Position

The Beauty Concierge candidate is detail-oriented, results-driven, and committed to providing outstanding customer service every day. This role involves greeting and directing customers, assisting them with cosmetic inquiries and products, and providing a variety of other services. The Beauty Concierge will also possess knowledge of the cosmetics area to assist customers and employees, support store operations by being a general resource, maintain a high level of confidentiality, and make deliveries to customers.

Ability to suggestive sell and connect customers to salespeople
