About The Position
The ideal Beauty Concierge candidate is detail oriented, results driven, and committed to providing outstanding customer service every day. This role involves greeting and directing customers, assisting with cosmetic inquiries and products, and providing a variety of other services. The Beauty Concierge must possess knowledge of the cosmetics area to provide information and directions to customers and employees, support store operations as a general resource, maintain a high level of confidentiality, and make deliveries to customers.
Requirements
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with coworkers and customers
- Ability to suggestive sell and connect customers to salespeople
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Greet and direct customers, assist customers with cosmetic inquiries/products and a variety of other services
