About The Position

The ideal Rack Beauty Concierge thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy retail environment. This role involves actively engaging with customers, sharing knowledge about beauty trends and products, and ensuring a quick, easy, and enjoyable shopping experience as they discover great deals. Key responsibilities include maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, managing inventory processes such as checking in merchandise and accurate ticketing, and effectively resolving customer issues. The Beauty Concierge is expected to collaborate with the team to keep the sales floor visually appealing and well-stocked through re-merchandising, filling testers, and straightening products throughout the day.

Responsibilities

Share your love of beauty trends and tell customers all about product knowledge
Keep the customer experience quick, easy, and fun while helping customers uncover the great deals they're looking for
Keep the sales floor clean, and filled in and complete all inventory processes, making sure merchandise is properly checked in and accurately ticketed
Defuse customer situations and provide resolution in a timely and effective manner
Work with the team to ensure the sales floor stays ready through re-merchandising, filling testers, and straightening throughout the day
