Requirements

Prior cosmetics experience.
Good interpersonal skills and sales experience.
Strong sales ability and interpersonal skills.
Ability to create activity and animation.
Customer-focused, results-oriented and brand addicted.
Comfortable demonstrating products.
Customer service oriented.
Confident, positive and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

Represent the Clarins Brand and drive business through customer acquisition and retention.
Provide superior levels of customer service.
Achieve counter sales goals.
Assist the counter in achieving event and promotion success.
Provide an elevated and seamless customer experience through consultation, make-up, and product application.
Communicate with management.
Maintain counter hygiene and presentation.
