About The Position

Headkount is hiring a Beauty Brand Freelancer, also described as a Brand Advisor, to represent multiple beauty and skincare brands at Sephora, Ulta, and other retail locations across the North Los Angeles market. The role offers part-time W-2 employment, scheduled shifts at retail locations, and work across multiple brands and stores. Weekend availability is required.

The Brand Advisor drives sales, trains store teams, supports in-store events, maintains merchandising standards, completes a brief store survey after each shift, and stays connected through the Headkount app. The position includes competitive hourly pay based on experience, training, ongoing brand education, coaching, and support from a community of beauty professionals.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of beauty freelance, brand, or retail experience.
• Strong selling and education background.
• Experience hosting beauty events.
• Confident, professional, team-player attitude.
• Ability and drive to work independently.
• Working smartphone and comfort using apps and video calls.
• Reliable transportation to stores across the market.
• Weekend availability.
