About The Position
Headkount is hiring a part-time W-2 Brand Advisor to represent multiple beauty and skincare brands at Sephora, Ulta, and other retail locations across the San Jose market. The role offers a steady schedule and pay while working across different brands and stores, with training, brand education, coaching, and community support. Hourly pay is competitive and based on experience. Brand Advisors work scheduled shifts at retail locations across their market. Weekend availability is required. The role includes selling and educating customers and store teams, supporting brand events, maintaining merchandising, and completing a brief store survey after each shift through the Headkount app.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of beauty freelance, brand, or retail experience.
- Strong selling and education background.
- Experience hosting beauty events.
- Confident, professional, team-player attitude.
- Ability and drive to work independently.
- Working smartphone and comfort with apps and video calls.
- Reliable transportation to stores across the market.
- Weekend availability.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales and meet goals for the brands supported.
